In order to qualify you must:

• Be on the title of the home – You must be the owner of the property and your name needs to 

be on the title/deed & it must be your primary or secondary residence. 

• Have good credit – If you need financing you will need to have a credit score of over 650.

• Have a sunny roof – Your roof must have access to the sun, unhindered by trees or shade 

from other buildings. 

• Have an approved utility – You need to be getting electric from a utility company that
